(1) Any act which should not be done in accordance with the rules made under this Act shall be fined up to thirty thousand rupees or imprisoned for up to thirty days.
(2) If a government employee or an employee of an organized organization owned or controlled by the Government of Nepal or an employee of an institute or an organized self-governing organization established by the Government of Nepal commits an act that should not be done in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act, in addition to the punishment prescribed in this Act, such employees shall be subject to the law regarding their service conditions. Departmental action will also be taken accordingly.
